Loneliness is something everyone experiences at some point! Yet a large group of people from young to old are lonely, regardless of whether they are still actively participating in society or are limited in their ability to socially interact with others.
Emotions in Grief happen to all of us, the loss of a loved one or animal, illness, a friendship, work or your relationship. All of this is allowed to be there and how nice it is to share it together, this provides understanding and relief.
